I’m about to paint the car and I’d rather not break anything. Anyone know how to do this?

I replaced all the window rubber on my car years ago. IIRC it's just clipped on. Probably when you pull it off it's going to distort. I wonder if these pieces are still available from Porsche.

The pieces are still available and priced not to bad. The long trim pieces are hooked to the door with a small piece which has been bend. You have to straighten those (small) pieces to remove the trim, but they will probably break. You have to remove the rubbers to see the small pieces.
