Default '86 951 REAR brake rotors and pads?

What source and price is currently good for REAR brake rotors and pads for 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo with stock (not M30) suspension?

Which to avoid?

Street or track? We have Big Red fronts with Pagid yellows, and stock 86 rear calipers with Pagids on our 86 track car. Awesome brakes on the track but not what you'd want on a streetcar, as they squeal and need some heat to work well. Porsche knew what they were doing for these cars and it's hard to beat their stock parts, as far as quality, service and durability. Track pads need to be more aggressive, and get rid of a lot of heat, but two top mechanics recommended the 993 TT rotors over aftermarket stuff. On the street I'd stay with OEM as they work well and you shouldn't be able to exceed what they can do on the street.

Zimmerman Z-Coat undrilled rear rotors about $90-120.
Street pads rear Mintex about $40-50 to OEM Textar $80-100 or Bosch/Pagid $70-80.

Check Pelican, Paragon Product, AutohouseAZ, Autogeek, or do a google search.

Thanks. This for street use, so I was wondering if anybody here has currently seen any good deals on reliable parts. (I got burned badly on rotors for a Ford van, as although the rotors looked great out of the box, they were not properly tempered and so warped with the first mud puddle splash. Thanks, China!)

+1 on the 993TT rotors on an 86 951. They fit like a glove, even the retaining screws match up. The dust shield has to be persuaded a bit to clear the rotor, and I went with 996TT calipers (with an adaptor mount) and stock 996TT pads.

Pads were a little pricey from my local dealer, and looking at other options
