I guess the item marked "Sold!" in his own post pretty much verifies that payment was received. And he knew you were Slovenia too by the looks of it.

Whatever the deal is, I'll happily be the mediator (maybe he misjudged shipping, I know, I committed to send a 1lb package to Almeria, Spain before estimating and lost money).

So..., Skip, if you check in, and can ship these to me in Louisiana, I'll fwd them overseas, have the negative feedback deleted, no hard feelings among RL'ers.

I've opened paypal dispute but I don't think they can do anything about it after more than a month.

I know stuff happens in life and I'm not even remotely in any kind of hurry but I'd appreciate a heads up.
