BEST AFTERMARKET HEADER
Need to replace OEM exhaust manifold on an 87 944 Turbo. Anyone have a good used OEM for sale? Anyone have Lindsey Racing? TriY?
|
I have one off of 89 turbo (factory insulation delete) in excellent condition $350 shiped.
|
Nevermind |
For the best, I would also look at Speed Force Racing - http://speedforceracing.com/product-...-turbo/header/
|
Goran, not trying to step on your toes, if in fact the OP is in the USA, I have perfect condition 1987 944T pair with shielding and insulation removed, wrapped with header wrap.
Engine never was fired nor exhaust run through after heat shield modifications and wrapping. $250 shipped/US. T |
Really happy with the Speed Force Racing stage 1 header in 321SS - it's a work of art!

Three bolt flanges! That’s serious talk! |
Speed Force Racing hands down. Yes they will take a little while. This complete system took two months. But they were well worth the wait. I had Tim remove stock style flanges on cross over pipe and install v-bands. Haven't installed them yet, had them since February. Currently working on AC overhaul.

@Shortyboy, I take it you are a bachelor....?
 Walked into a buddy's house once, nicely kept lot, clean brick home, turn the corner into kitchen, fully assembled new Buick V6 Turbo sitting on a stand with all tools and adhesives on his kitchen table. :roflmao: T |
Oh I miss The Days when It was time to Put My motorcycle up for the winter and I just drove it in my front Door.....:-)

Yesterday, I came back from machine show with my block in a garbage back and it was raining..., so instead of getting wet when opening my gate, I just figured I'd come through the house with it. Well, nobody was home so after fumbling with a key while holding the block, I was tired of holding it so I set it next to my recliner in living room. Wife gets home.... "what is this"..? Left it there for 1 extra day just to make her vacuum around it....:D Had to go when my cat started using it as a lookout perch. New avatar, car looks sweet. T |
