Springs make noise when turning

Springs make noise when turning
What would cause this problem, it only happens during turning regardless of direction? The front shocks are factory Koni sports with added coil-over sleeve.
Any help would be appreciated.

Binding at the top most likely. Check for contact between the upper spring perch/hat and the bottom of the strut mounts. Just went through all this on my car.
