Putting my car back together and just want to make sure that this metal washer goes here against the O ring? Almost positive that it does but the service manual is a bit unclear about any metal washer going on the crankshaft at all so I figured I best be sure...

though since you've still got it apart, wouldn't hurt to put a little anti sieze between the oil pump gear and crankshaft (not the gear face)
