Default Brake caliper & disc options

I've been chatting to a friend on what options are out there and done on these cars.
Now im not talking about 993TT brakes or 996T / GT3 brakes, or anything OEM for that matter.
Im looking at aftermarket like Stoptech or AP racing for example.

Is there anyone here that runs aftermarket brakes? or looked into? what is out there that'll work?

I was searching for rotors in 365-380mm that would fit and there is basically nothing. Either rotors or hats need to be custom made Nothing that big will fit 993tt -> 944 custom hats like lindsey or kokeln, so there is that.

Looks like Stoptech supply a 993 turbo kit. 355mm rotors. But i believe if you have m030 spindals these should bolt straight on with their kit.
Or you can possibly go bigger 380mm rotor with a 6piston caliper from a 996 kit. I reckon they'll have hats that will be the right size. Just need custom caliper mounts. (another $1000 on top of the 355mm kit)
I'd probably be happy with the 355mm rotors.

Those don't fit out of the box. I'll probably have a custom set of hats made to fit full floating audi 365mm rotors together with brembo GT8 calipers.

The stoptech kit?
the 993tt brakes fit with no adaptors on the m030 spindles.
Im assuming with m030 spindles, the stoptech kit should fit? Even if it doesn't, Making adaptors wont be an issue. It'll be plenty for a sub 1100kg car hopefully. And their stuff is well priced also

Nope, 993tt rotors won't fit as 951 rotor hat is much deeper than 993tt's also you'll need caliper adaptors for bigger rotors one way or another.

I've decided to go real overkill because big reds/blacks are extremely overpriced lately. For that cash I'll get really big brakes. Also the awsome progressive feel 8 piston brembos feel on the pedal is exactly what I want.

Sorry the 993 C2 kit. which is the same as the TT kit but different rotor hat sizes. The Stoptech kit comes with caliper adaptors for the 993 to bolt on.
Big Reds bolt right onto the m030 spindles so unless ive mistaken something, this should work.
