Just had installed: LR Super 48,Max HP Chip, Dual-port, MBC, Wideband, Boost Gauge. Can't get more than 7 psi of boost no matter how much I adjust the MBC. With **** pulled out turning clockwise it turns 2-3 full turns then clicks? Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated.

You probably have your wastegate lines to the MBC reversed.
