And yes, if any aftermarket vendors read this, please offer USPS!!
I won't order if any other. I've done DHL & UPS both charging over $40 for customs handling fee even for a $20 part (USPS often arrives without duty and/or only $5 fee)

If you do have to pull your intake and getting new gaskets is a hassle, get some gasket material and make your own. I just pulled my intake to replace vacuum hoses and made new gaskets by laying gasket material over the intake manifold ports and tapping out the new gaskets with a small ball-pein hammer. Then, clean up the openings with an exact-o or other sharp utility knife. Takes about an hour to make all four gaskets.

Updated bracket is 944.101.321.07
The reference sensor sleeve (required) is 944.101.320.00
The little split sleeve that locates the bracket to the bellhousing is 900.197.047.08 (only if you lost/mangled the original)
and here's the part numbers for the hex-head bolts I replaced the socket heads with.
900.075.029.03 x 1 (M8x25)
900.075.099.03 x 1 (M8x30)

Today, I reinstalled and gapped the bracket and sensors. Turns out you *can* do the 'from underneath' method after putting everything back together under there... wait... I didn't have the catalytic in at this point; will need to confirm if this can be done around that thing another day.
