Default Custom k26-8 billet turbo for sale

K26 based turbo. Custom billet compressor, and modified compressor cover. Lightened rotating assembly, hand ported #8 hot side. This turbo spools faster than a stock k26/6, but has the bigger hot side to keep the back pressure down. Peak horsepower on the included dyno graph was at 18psi, on a pessimistic mustang dyno. The engine was stock with only external supporting mods. It is my opinion that this is the best turbo available for a 951 that spends ANY time on the street with a 2.5 liter engine. The low RPM torque curve of this turbo can't be touched even by a stock turbo. $1250 and I will ship it back to the builder for visual inspection before it's drop shipped to you. You should expect to have engine management or a custom chip to run this turbo along with a 3" down pipe and a 3" J pipe or maf tube. 100% bolt on to the turbo pedistal + oil and coolant pipes. This turbo did about 80 ft

lbs and 100 hp more than the k26-6 that came off my car (already maxed out with supporting mods)

I see rennlist clipped the scale off the graphs... I can email a clean photo of the dyno sheet if anyone wants it.

Thanks!

When I had my car, it had a k26-8....for a mostly stock car except for intake, cat bypass and custom exhaust and chip tune...made 280hp and 320 ft lbs to the wheels. It pulled pretty darn good at that. GLWS. If I had a stock one of these, i'd be all over this.
