Default WTB 951 shortblock CT - New England area

Hi all, I am looking to buy a good 951 shortblock which is going in a 86 turbo in the CT area. The engine in the car the PO broke the headstud and it is ruined from him trying to take it out.

Let me know what you have, where it is and how much.

Thanks
Pete

Ruined how bad? Pictures? I had a head stud strip out on me doing a HG job. Turns out someone previously put in a threaded insert that wasn't sized appropriately and didn't have enough depth to get surface area on the threads.

I successfully put in an oversize time sert threaded insert to allow me to complete my head gasket job.

it' pretty hacked up. the hole is not centered the the block top is gouged. I have a mag drill that I was going to try to drill it out but the engine also has 240k on it so between the oil leaking from every seal and that is good excuse to do a rebuild.

I picked it up since it had a 5R transaxle, the interior is nice, but the paint is beat.
