Default New generation head gaskets are here

As I mentioned in some thread earlier I initiated a batch of racing head gaskets from the best supplier in the business. The batch is now here. These gaskets have proved to be the ticket for highly stressed boosted engines within professional motorsport. Superior combustion sealing to a stock or MLS gasket and superior water/oil sealing to the MLS gasket. Combustion sealing is done by the stainless fire ring with 3 grooves that cut into the head to lock it in place. The rest of the gasket is in fiber material with extra silicone sealing for maximum water/oil sealing.

I'm keeping 4 for different projects but have 6 left that are up for grabs. Suitable for 3.0l blocks. Comes in 105 mm bore and 1.6 mm thickness.

Time for BOOST!

Thanks for the effort, and thanks for sharing.

Do they work with specific tightening torque settings?

Interested in one depending on price.

It is possible but require a buy in to get the factory tooled up. If enough people are interested I can facilitate this.

Duke are you holding one for me? I think 1.6mm is a bit to tall. My compression is already just over 8.0:1. If there is no way to get a lower one I'll have one regardless!

This is as thin they would want to make it due to the fire ring.
PM me your email address.

Price is 320 EUR. An important thing to note is that these doesn't require any modifications to either block or head.

At the moment when I check XE.com that works out to 431.00 Canadian. Is this going to be a one time thing? Or will you be doing more down the road.? I want one for a spare for me 3.0 however the Canadian dollar is slowing my projects right now. It's 78 cents to US dollar.....sucks

It depends on interest. I setup the production with the factory in November so it took quite a while to get done.. But it should go much quicker next round.

What boost levels do you expect new gasket will be able to run? Over 2 bar claim on package looks evil.

I'm planning 1.5 bar on my race engine.
To be honest I don't like them stating "2 bar" generic like that as it doesn't say anything about the combustion pressure. I guess it was a marketeer who made the package
