I'd love to get the car back and running and just drive the damn thing. It has been so long with so much time and money poured into it with nothing to show and no fun at all for me.
Obviously we all got into modifying these cars out of sheer enthusiasm for them. It would be a real shame to never drive this creation again. We shall see...

It's slightly comical too to hear folks more or less blaming a 35 year old engine design being not able to handle more than 700 hp. Some need a serious reality check.

I was hoping to read about some progress Patrick has made. So Patrick what’s going on? Better do something on your black beauty and post it. Even if you just have to wash it down. I’m pretty much pointing this thread back on course and putting Patrick back on blast. I’m kinda too far away to light a fire up under your feet Patrick so this will have to suffice. A piece of all of us lives vicariously thru you. Please don’t kill a piece of all our souls.
