Cap, rotor, plugs and wires. When was your last tune up? Plug wires will creat havoc just like that. After watching the video I'm going with a bad TPS.

I have researched and it doesn't really have a valve cover but instead a cam tower and that means that I would have to take of the timing belt and that's above my pay grade, what I did do is take the intake manifold off and I was able to see part of the intake valves. I hand cranked the engine and to me it seems that they all move and close, I don't know if that enough to or do I really have to take it apart to inspect it.
