I'm a car guy like many of you. I just traded my roached out 951 for an '87 944 that is in pretty good shape. I will probably take the 44 to some autoX and HPDEs until I'm ready to take them on in my 996. I may even install a VEMs to see if that wakes it up more . Stay tuned for more fun. Car has had 4 owners and has 211k. It's due for a timing belt soon. It'll get done this winter.

New to me 944.

I didn't keep the cayenne 18s. I'm going to find some boxster 16s or 17s soon. Right now it has 951 phone dials and the offset is way off. I'm not rolled no the fenders. Phone dials are clean and will be FS soon.

Honestly she's a 10 footer. Lots of chips and dings up close and some mediocre quality touch up. The car has been well cared for for 210k though. It's time for a new timing belt and fuel lines though.

Saw your post in the other guy's paint thread.

If you are DE'ing, you might reconsider. Sticky tires, cars that run wide in front of you kick up a bunch of sand and rocks. Your nose panel, lower valence and hood will be chipped up in short time. Lower area behind rear wheel too.

And if you think there's a chance you may race the car in PCA events, leave the Bosch DME in place.
