After taking apart the assemblies, taking apart the headlight switch, troubleshooting the headlight motor relay, removing the entire fuse box, i noticed there was no fuse in the Warning #11 area. Put it in, all lights started working. Lol
She's starting to look like something!

just some updates - sway bar, rear lights, new interior pieces, re-dipped rims, exterior pics, and drive with the motor sounding pretty great now.
