So I bought a 91 944 S2, former race car, that has the 928 S4 brakes on it. I pulled them and started the rebuilding process only to find out that they have the dreaded "scraper ring".

The car stops like it should and does not need bigger calipers. I would like to find a set of the S4 brakes with the dust boot.

Any other ideas?

I track the car about 6 times a year and it is not a street car.
