Pics of car and work I have been doing on it
Here are some of the pictures of my car since I bought it. Some of them are where I purchased the car and others are of periodic times throughout the first time water pump installation process.

This is what the car looked like when I got it. You can see the top and fender paint is totally shot. But my philosophy Mechanical first and then cosmetics like paint etc.
half way through the job...pump and belts installed
This the tool my friend made me so I could take the balance gears off. Worked like a champ. Side note: If anyone is interested in having one made for them pm me and I will get his info for you.
Another view of the worn pump. glad I decided not to drive it when I got it.
The inlet to the pump wasn't much better

On the trip back to Arizona. taking a well deserved rest.
Just got back From my drive from Arizona to Texas. roughly put 3200 miles on the car. Drove like a champ. Fun drive all the way
