hello my dad just gave me his 1988 944s which will make 3 cars for but i dont want to sell it i want to make it my new car to work on. Ok i have about $2000 bucks to spend on it where do i start
any help will be good thanks

Upgraded shocks/struts, springs/torrsion bars, and sway bars.

If there is any money left, a chip and possibly a brake upgrade.

Agreed, the place to start is the suspension, not much power can be had over stock on a NA. Some dynos have shown a loss in power with air filters and exhaust, etc. Have fun wih the car!

Agreed the place to start is the DRIVER barring any maintenance needs. Even bone stock these cars will challange most of our driving abilities.

I know driving is everything to me if i can control a stage V nissan 300zxTT which is my dads other then i can control this. Plus i would drive this car all the time. but anyways thanks guys

Yes but im 19 now and everything i have today i got by myself just got a 02 chevy s10 with my money. But i cant say he hasnt helped over the years
