HELP!!! White GUNK in my expansion tank!
Hey guys, I need advice quick!!! I opened up my expansion tank the other day for my coolant system and noticed some thick whitish-yellow gunk on the bottom of the cap. I did a full flush and saw chunks of this gunk flow out. I opened it again today and the gunk is back. Any idea what the heck has gone wrong?? The car burns about 1/2 quart of oil every 3500 miles or so, and needs coolant added to it every few months.

Oil in coolant.
