Red face CRAZY HEADLIGHTS

A funny and downright embarrassing thing happened to me tonight.I finally had a chance to ask this hot chick out after months of holding off until i got my beloved 89 944..So any way as we puleed up to the movies i did the usual process of shutting off my car when she tols me that my car is blinking alot she means the lights go up and down in a sequence and than finally shut...I felt so embarrassed that i could die on the spot..Could someone tell me what the hell the problem is and how to fix it..Im taking off of work tommorow to fix whatever this is..Any responses will be GREATLY APPRECIATED

Hey! That's my kind of luck.
Check the wires and relay where they plug into the headlamp motor in the R.F. corner of the engine compartment.
You have to peel back the boot to see them.

I just fixed it last month. Pull the relay from the motor and do light sanding on the connections.
