Thanks to those who responded to my last post re; my whacked out CC system. I've checked the mixer door clips and they're OK. Looked under the plastic cover in the front gutter area and all the vacuum hoses and servos look good. Put a little dielectric grease on the pins at the heater box and previously on the pins at the back of the CC unit in the dash. Looked today at the cabin air sampling fan and sure enough found it inoperative. A little further investigation found that I have only 1.5 volts at the plug for the sampling fan. This, combined with the symptoms I have ( absolutely no response to any inputs at the CC unit )leads me to suspect a bad CC unit, but before going there (YIKES) I want to eliminate any other possibility. Can anyone direct me to a troubleshooting guide for the CC unit? Much thanks..
