I have a 944, 1989 2,7 liter, the problem is that while driving the rear hatch opens, when I remove the fuse (fuse no.1) it does not open

Sounds like you have a bad hatch release switch. Also, check that the pins are fully engaged when you shut it. You can pull up on it lightly and if they are not catching all the way then you will be able to pull it up. You can lower the pins some if this is the case.
