Default FS: Porsche Timing Belt Tension P9201 Tool (New and Unused)

This is a cross-post from the Member-to-Member For Sale section.....

ZIM's AutoTechnik is selling this tool new for $650:
http://www.allzim.com/acatalog/P9201...ion_Gauge.html

Using the P9201 timing belt tool on 944s from Clark's Garage website:
http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/eng-10.htm

For 928s, you can purchase a copy of the 928 timing belt tension manual from John Kelly on Rennlist:
http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforum...lt-manual.html

The Kempf or Krikit tool is a great way to "ballp-park" the tension readings. This P9201 tool provides you with the ultimate peace of mind from an incorrectly tensioned belt failure and possible valve/head breakage. Read this thread here:
http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforum...ion-gauge.html

I did not get a chance to use it on my 928. It was totalled in an accident before I could do a timing belt change. This is a brand new, unused tool.

$350 including shipping within the States.

This thread is seven years old. Check out Arrnworx. He created a great tool for this job at a fraction of the price.

Price on this tool has gone up too. Was ~$450 from the dealer for years and now it's at ~$595.
