Default Parking Brake Adjustment

I wanted to adjust the parking brake on my 86 944. I've looked through the instructions on clarks-garage and they seem straight forward. However, does anybody know where the hole in the rear wheel hub is, that clark is talking about? Here is what is written on the website, "insert a screwdriver into the hole in the rear wheel hub and turn the brake adjuster until the rear wheel can not be turned." Do you have to take the wheels off the car to access the hole? I can't seem to find the holes.
