After days of fiddling with the electrics, I just crawled under the tail of my car to test the signal to the fuel pump... With the key turned "on", I tested the electrical coming from the front of the car, there was power. However, when I reconnected the plug to the fuel pump (the key was still "on"), nothing. No sound whatsoever.

I assume that, while immediately beneath the fuel tank and pump, I should be able to hear something. But nothing... not a click, nor a buzz... nothing.
