grinding of my gear in reverse
Can anyone tell me what the problem is when putting my gear in reverse. I always hear grinding of my gears no matter if I have my clutch depressed all the way?

When going into reverse, I first put it in 2nd, then move it to reverse. Seems to prevent it from grinding for me. It doesn't grind all the time but this way it prevents it from happening as much for me.
