I did this just recently so its still kinda fresh in my head....
In your drawing the top left T-Piece connects to the little... thing in the bottom left of your drawing. Mine is half blue half black, the blue bit faces towards the mentioned T-Piece. That then connects to another T-Piece (which you appear to be missing?) which splits off to the Pressure Regulator amd down to ANOTHER T-Piece which connects to the Intake Manifold and the Damper.

That bit on the right hand side..... I don't know about Either I don't have it or I missed it, I'm pretty sure there isn't any more connections coming off the intake manifold though.

The last "missing" line you have on the intake in the picture, is that just a lose bit of pipe or does it connect somewhere like the throttle body? If its conencted to the TB then IIRC its something to do with cruise control..... I think If it is its somewhere on the very top right of the engine bay.

EDIT: I just remembered, I'm pretty sure I have a blanked off connection on my throttle body! I'm lost as to what exactly that bit on the right is...
Looking at the diagram its connection comes out the back of the intake manifold, that connection on mine is also blanked off, check if yours is too!
