I only thing I could suggest is to run the car till hot, park it, pull one of plug caps off and measure it with an IR thermometer (Harbor Freight cheapo) to get an idea. You might even be able to run it after the plug wire is off by disconnecting the injector plug for that cylinder.

I don't think it will be much hotter than between coolant and highest oil temperature, maybe 250 degrees.

The material I am using(NinjaFlex) melts around 220C which is 428F so I should be ok.

Here is the first set for a test fitting. Still more work to do to get it just right.

There is a low spot in my powerband from about 2750 to 4500 and my A/F ratio is not right in that rpm range. Here are the dyno charts with a little doodling by the guy who ran the dyno. His doodling in black pen show what the powerband and A/F ratio should look like.

The first chart is HP& TQ. The second chart is HP and AFR.

I am looking to correct my AFR which should get rid of this low spot.

The coil packs are just part of the new engine management system and custom wiring harness I am building. The new system will give me very precise control of injection and ignition timing.
It will be a great base for when I finally get around to rebuilding the engine and installing the turbo.

I bought a temporary transmission to throw in the car while I wait for my main trans to get rebuilt.

Finally got it running and out for a drive.
I brought it straight to my mechanic to do alignment and rehab work that a garagisti couldn't handle.

Default Fixing roof/window leaks

Hi all

looks like I'll have to park the Cab outside this summer as my garage is still full of my Jeep project and it's nowhere near done.

I'd rather not have to cover it all of the time so I need to correct some leaks. When it rains hard I get a leak top right where the winshield frame meets the roof in the corner and also some leakage round the door windows. In general I think I need to tweak the alignment of everything as the windows don't always go all the way up when the roof is closed and I have to open the door to get the last little bit and then close them for a good seal.

My rubber is good as I have replaced with good used parts recently.

Anyome else adjusted their fit / seals. Any recommendations / strategy.

Thanks

Mark
