Wheel allignment problem
I have just done the front ball joints on my '86 944. Had the wheel allignment checked and discovered that the right rear wheel is toeing in by 4mm (5/32"). I am sure the car hasn't been in an accident but it explains the wanting to drift to the left.
How can I reset the right rear wheel back into line? Any Ideas?
I plan to post a picture soon.
Gav.

Fair comment.
I see your point of view. But I guess because of my racing experience I want to know what I am driving and also the challenge of learning more about my car and how it works.
Since my I posted this thread I have had a closer look at the rear suspension geometry. I believe the best way to align the rear wheel is to move the inner control arm pivot forwards by slotting and reinforcing the mounting bracket holes. I will get the wheel alignment shop to do the work, but I want to give the go ahead only when I understand the modifications that need to be made.
Thanks and appreciate your reply
