engine oil light on
Greetings all...
Im new to the list... I bought my 944s about a month ago... after unplugging my dme relay and plugging it back in, the engine oil light came on and won't go off even after driving it for awhile...
I originally was having trouble starting the car..... after the car was driven for awhile...
any clues...?

Hi Koitus,
If you have a problem starting the car after you been driving it ( warm - hot). Then its the DME (fuel pump) relay that you need to change. If the light aint going out try disconecting the battery then connecting it after 5mins. BUT remeber when you reconnect the batt that you let the car idle for approx 10 mins for the engine managment system to re programme it self. Hope that helps you
