Clutch slave cylinder thread pattern
Good day,
I a looking for the what thread is used on the clutch slave cylinder. On my race 944, I replaced the masters with the Tilton pedal and master cylinders and I am running a GIC -4 braided line to the clutch master... I need to put an adaptor on the slave to join with the -4 GIC female end of my hose... no shop around here seems to be able to find what thread is used in the cylinder... does anyone know this ??
Thank You.

Dont know, but expect it to be metric.
This is designated by the overall diameter and the pitch.
Example:
M8x1,25: outside diameter of the male thread is 8 mm, distance that the nut travels with one full turn is 1,25 mm.
The OD is measured with a vernier, the pitch is measured with a gauge.
The gauge should be available in a machine shop, used to work with metric thread. Metric threads are more common used in Canada compaired to USA so this should not be too difficult.
Hope this helps
