I did a search and could not come up with anything even though I know I saw a thread on this some time ago.

Either way I have locked my keys in my 87 944. I am not sure if you can even do the old coat hanger trick or not? Does anyone have any little trick I could use?

goto a locksmith, for the below reasons

1) you should not post "how to break into" tips on on forum

2) we dont know that your the legal owner

3) thiefs also frequent car forums

4) if your the legit owner, a little common sense is that, you use your spare key, call the auto club or dealer and proove you are !
