I use factory turbo rears 18mm, and 23.5mm hollow in the front. I used generic urethane bushings for the front sways, not too hard. I haven't touched the rest of the front bushings.

I've had it for 6 months, running stock everything, I'm not sure which sway the car came with (if any) and im running stock cookie cutter

Stock everything...so, probably a 21.5 mm sway up front, [worn] Sachs dampers, 23.5 mm torsions, and 15" wheels/tires. Is your car fitted with a rear sway?
Agree with John...hold off on springs/torsions. You will [undoubtedly] get the most smiles per mile by fitting appropriate tires, sport dampers, and a [larger] rear sway.

I'm really just looking to make the car more nimble.
I was thinking changing the suspension and making it lighter, I'm not so sure how to do weight reduction though, any tips? I'll use it fairly often so I dont want the car to look like trash neither.
Any other nice mods?
