I use factory turbo rears 18mm, and 23.5mm hollow in the front. I used generic urethane bushings for the front sways, not too hard. I haven't touched the rest of the front bushings.

How long have you had your 944? What dampers, springs [stock?], torsions [stock 23.5 mm?], sways [front/rear], wheels, and tires are currently on the car?

Stock everything...so, probably a 21.5 mm sway up front, [worn] Sachs dampers, 23.5 mm torsions, and 15" wheels/tires. Is your car fitted with a rear sway?

Agree with John...hold off on springs/torsions. You will [undoubtedly] get the most smiles per mile by fitting appropriate tires, sport dampers, and a [larger] rear sway.

I was thinking changing the suspension and making it lighter, I'm not so sure how to do weight reduction though, any tips? I'll use it fairly often so I dont want the car to look like trash neither.

Any other nice mods?
Check out ftech9.com Joe sells brand new DME's built with up to date components for less than $500 just needs a couple parts from your old DME. I've been running one since mine died 3 yrs ago, also you can run new shower head type injectors that are hi impedance like the ones out of a Saab 900 turbo along with the cam key and throttle body arm mod
