I was replacing a few fuse in my 84 944 yesterday and i realized that there was a cable unplugged under the dash but i am unable to located the sockets it plugs in to. I have attached a few photos any ideas on what this cable is?

Since the plug is near the clutch pedal my guess would be for the switch that cancels out the cruise control when you push in the clutch. I could be wrong, I deleted my CC years ago and replaced the turn signal lever with one for a 81 Vanagon.
