Default my 89 2.7 will not start in winter months

Well guess what the problem is back and it's not the temp sensor, I believe it was starting after I replaced the sensor because it wasn't quite cold enough
that week or something I don't know! what I do know is it is getting gas and spark but will not start and i'm looking for answers

If getting spark by visibly testing a removed plug does not fully confirm the plug is firing when installed in the cylinder head. Inspect all the plugs for fouling, ie carbon deposit from tip of insulator to the interior as far as you can see. If so, the plug is shortening when in the head under compression. Replace plugs

Plugs may help since it idles rough and hard to start on days it warms up but still will not start at night 40 F. or below so I'll get some plugs and see what happens. thanks
