So after rebuilding my 944 from a snapped timing belt I turn it on to find that there's a short coming from the turn signal mount(on the column) so wgebwhen I turn my steering wheel with the lights on, its somehow turning the brights switch(I think) on and off repeatedly and causing the wire to melt, does anyone know why this might be happening or a fix for it? Id like to be able to drive me car it's been months 😭
