Clicking relay sound
I hear clicking relay sound while the car is at stop light with engine running. It is coming from the dash on driver side.
What at should I do?
No no idea which relay it is. In the past 3-4 years, I have replaced ABS and DME relays. The fan relay is original and fan stays on for 1 min after car shuts off.

Check your ignition switch. On my 89, the switch is worn (presumably) and after I start the car I have to back the key off about a hair’s width or nothin works, headlamps, windows, wipers, etc. It is strange the parking lights work just fine though.

I believe the clicking sound you hear may be the HVAC system.
The controller operates various valve and servomotors to control heating and cooling.
To confirm the clicking is the HVAC system, slide the lower (preferred) or upper controls to the right or left and see if the noise stops.
Also, rotating the temperature control may affect the clicking.
If the clicking goes away, then the issue is HVAC related.
