I found these cars for sale and went and looked at them in NE Philly and an estate has 4 944s for sale 2 of them are 5 speeds and the other two are autos,
one 5 sp is an 88 with 174K miles its black with white interior and was being driven till the owner passed.

The other 5 speed is met gray looks like an 86 and was also being driven but was parked and has been sitting for about 2 years,
its not pictured and has a broken outside mirror.
The other two autos have been sitting, for much longer
one is Met gray I think its an 85 with nice black cloth seats these could go into the black car
The red auto was purchased by the woman selling the cars this is an 84 it had a TC drive disc failure this car is the worst of the bunch with some mold inside.
All the cars have titles and keys .
The lady was asking for 5 K BUT I think lot could be had for 2K you have to take all of them.
All the cars appear to be complete they all have 4 tires that hold air and will roll.
