Early 944 temperature gauge
Hi experts,
I suspect I have a wiring issue with my temperature gauge. My cooling systems works fine. Fans turn on / off as they should. A while back I massed with the instrument cluster lights (LED replacement - worked fine before), and since than the gauge doesn’t go higher than the first marking ( go a bit over, than the fans kick in).
I’ve replaced the temperature sensor and the gauge.
Makes no difference (if I unplug the sensor the gauge stops reading - as it should).
any suggestion to how solve the issue?
maybe the wire or connector to the gauge is faulty?
which pin on the back of the gauge is the for the temp? (See attached image).
thanks!
Which pin is for the temp?
