Default Note on installation of MOMO steering wheel

People have had difficulty finding the part number of the terminal to populate the female plug at the #71 position of the turn signal plug when the horn contact is installed for a MOMO steering wheel. I posted this elsewhere but people asked me to post as separate topic.

5 terminals are shown below, part number 999.652.639.22 shown on bag:

You need to make a pigtail using the orange horn plug harvested from the airbag connector harness on "clockspring" with the new terminal crimped onto the brown/white wire. I shrink wrapped some of the unused brown wire to the pigtail. Having the right crimper helps but not necessary:

The new wire goes here in the connector behind the turn signal assembly at position 71 to match the male pin from the horn ground you installed.

Brass horn ground contact part number 964.652.104.00 snaps into turn signal switch:

Wire in horn contact position #71

Finished ready to close the door on the connector

All done:

Thanks for the info, the pictures and the write up. BTW, if you only used one of the terminal and just have the others lying around, how much to buy one from you and have it shipped?

I would like to keep my stock of them. A Porsche dealer can order for you using that part number shown, they are around $1.00 each.
