4.7 Euro air pump bypass belt size?
On the road up in Idaho, my air pump seized. Looking for the belt to connect the main pulley to the fan. 1981 4.7 Euro engine. Sorry I know this has been asked before, but limited internet up here. Thanks guys!

Erik ... the size depends on whether you have the smaller fan pulley to give higher fan speed, as the Australian Euros do. If you have option M319 (additional engine cooling for hotter climates) you have the smaller pulley, and need the shorter belt. Here's a thread on the issue which gives sizes .... https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...inch-belt.html

the easy solution would be to go to the part store and pick up both a 4L200 and a 4L210, then return the one which doesn't fit. you will need to remove 3 of the 4 bolts which mount the fan carrier arm and loosen the 4th, so yo can swing it down to install the belt. try the shorter one first, and if you cant get the fan back into position install the longer one.
