Dang- Waited too long
Finally at the point where I am seriously shopping for a 87 - 91 S and now I see I waited too long.
Once PCNA sends out that email telling us how trendy 928s will become ($$$$) I know I've waited too long.
https://www.pca.org/news/928
Ahh well, still in the hunt.
cheers

Yea, regret I sold my '87 5sp lsd, with sport seats in 2007 for less than I should have.
Actually trying to track it down (hunting it down...) I think it's in GA now but not sure...

Mrmerlin, very nice looking example.
I need to check my bank as I like to pay cash, but don't think it will fit with some other projects I have.
Good luck with the sale, I'm sure you'll get the asking price.

Not sure I see any point in buying Stan's car when you can buy a heap for half that price, spend twice as much putting it right and not drive a mile for the next two years while you do it!
Stan- that car is a real credit to you- stunning.
Were those very nice pics taken in your backyard or the local cemetary [or both]?
That engine bay alone is worth $10k and I am talking about the outward appearance of it with new accessories never mind the motor itself [56k miles!]. In a market that is seeing values increase and especially so for manual trannies this one is a no brainer.
Any serious 928 wannabbe just go for it- no need for further debate on that one. Not many like that around at any price never mind who fettled it. More magic from another wizard called Merlin!
