Default Central warning light

So about 50 miles after repairing my odo (new gear), speedo and tach (reflowed solder), my central warning light came on after hitting a bump. The first time I was able to turn it off by pressing the button. Now it comes on and stays on consistently about a minute after starting the engine. No other lights are on when this happens.

I verified all the dash builbs work, except the belt tension bulb which I didn't install because this car is Porkenized. It was missing before I took the dash apart too. All the gauges look normal. Speedo and tach have worked flawlessly since reflowing the solder, which was done to fix an intermittent problem with them reading zero.

Anyone care to guess whether this is a CW unit issue, or something else? Thanks.

I'll just drive blindfolded. Makes my interior look a bit nicer anyway.
