What does the tensioner pulley arm axle bolt look like? Must be a very early design with the outside circlip?

Hmm. Well I Can't get to the bolt now. But the car is a Euro #468, with a dealer invoice dated oct. 1977. Do You say that there might be different axle bolts for this pulley arms, or could the circlip been mounted wrong? Thanks for your replay!

The circlip looks correct. Just an interesting original design I've not seen. That post with a clip was replaced with a shoulder bolt (#11 here), followed by a post with a supporting bracket '87-up.

Thanks for all advices. The car is Back On the road again. Drove it home this evening.
Now we have gone through the toothed belt and the tension is set as specs using the Kempf Tool. New Nylon bushings for the shaft bolt On the Tensioning roller carrier. Also fitted a new rear cover for the cambelt. Topped up the engine with coolant and engine oil. Hoping for the best, and awaiting the Spring
