Default Whinning Noise

I have a whinning noise from what sounds like just behind the engine and under the gear shifter. It gets louder when the rpm's go up. Could it be a torque tube bearing or something else?

most likely...but if an automatic also change the torque convertor bearings in the nose of the transaxle.
