At this point it is the condiment car. Mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise.

Keeping it flowing here. Car has been driven around neighborhood and has sat otherwise. Recently decided I need a DD and would like to get to the track. Son didn’t want to do body work and sanding so he is now going to get the 78 body instead. We’ll see. Pics:

Car is going to stay in black epoxy primer sealer with a satin finish. Murdered out. Because I can.
And driven. Hopefully at the track.

To me, at this point, restorations require complete cars. This one had things changed, and there was little of the original interior.
I have the vacuum locks parts in good shape I can sell, as well as some of the strange cis smog stuff from the engine bay (after I pass smog of course)

Great point and thank you. I am only an amateur who wants to get on the track. I don’t know much about what is available in CA for me and I would need years of practice.
That said, I think a proper cage, if I do commit, is a good idea. I’m cleaning up the interior coating to make that an option.
