FS 90 S4 Seats
I have for sale the front seats from my S4.
Skinny:
8 way power
covered in Black Vinyl (very tasteful job BTW) Original leather was more than gone and Ron Perry (PerryS4) had them re done by a shop in Orange County.
All power functions work great.
Seats are in excellent condition.
Why am I selling them you ask? Funny you asked. I wanted 12way seats with heat (cold here in Iowa). So I got some from Mark at 928 Intl and now I have these for sale. Mark made me a very nice deal on these and after two days of soaking them in leather conditioner they are now in the car.
So I thought, why not pass a deal on to someone else? $700 for the pair plus shipping. (Mark charged me $135 or so to ship from Orange County, CA to Iowa so that gives you an idea).
If your seats are trashed, here's a quick fix that you could have up and running in 40 min. Only thing missing is the cosmetic cover from the passenger side because I had to butcher it to make my fire extinguisher mount fit.

Jeff,
Tempting but I have a few hurdles to clear.
I have light gray 12 and 8 way seats in my 87 928 S4. The rear seats and door cards are also gray.
Second option: My '79 911 SC has manual seats.

So I figured since no one bit I'd lower my price to $600 for the pair plus shipping.

Jeff--
Are those still memory seats? (is the module under the driver's seat?) If so they are worth quite a bit more than what you are asking.

The driver's seat is memory. Let me ask you this. Will the module work on a passenger seat that I put in my car? If so, I can pull out the memory module and put it in the passenger seat.

Jeff--
I -think- you can do it. You'll add the memory switch to the passenger door and all the interconnecting wiring and connectors in the process. Not sure how much of that harness comes in every car that offered pass side memory seat option. I'm not near the paper wiring diagrams to tell you what to look for. If the wiring is there the 14-pin connector under the pass seat should be obvious in the car now.
Ping Tom or Mark to see what's available from them for the needed pieces. They will have good guidance I'm sure.

I have the 14 pin connector hooked up under the seat. I have the memory buttons hooked to the factory wiring 14 pin connector. I didn't realize there was a module.

You'll need a similar 14 pin harness and the switch and its harness fitted to the passenger side of the car. The seat has position transducers for all motorized position adjustments so the memory controller can know where the seat is.
Paul C or Rob B should know if Tom or Mark don't.
