Default What are air injection connections on 84 L-jet?

Hi guys,
I removed my air pump, air rail and also replaced my cat with a Y-pipe. I am getting a smell of exhaust fumes in the cabin and wonder if I somehow left something uncapped that's puttering out exhaust. I can't find pictures or a diagram showing a system for my car.
Thanks
Dave

If the foam around your torque tube is damaged/missing/misplaced and you have an exhaust leak, the fumes can and will filter into the cabin around the console. Check for an exhaust leak at the Y-pipe connections and also that the foam is correctly placed and secure.

Thanks.
I'll have a look. I've heard of using a shop vac as a blower along with soapy water to find exhaust leaks. Any experience?

I think you shove the vacuum outlet hose in the tailpipe, and spray soapy water at exhaust connections. Maybe I'm making it too difficult, and I'll just see leaks when I look around.
Thanks,
Dave

That could work. I was way overthinking the set up for this.
