Jesus, I just assumed he WAS a lifetime member. If anyone should be, it's Stan. Does anybody else contribute more? Incredible resource and always there to help anyone who needs it.

I'd put Stan up there with (as of recent and no particular order) G.B, Alan, Rob, Dr Bob, Errka, Roger, Sean, Colin and I'm sure I'm missing a few. Thank you very much guys for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm to help keep these 928's purring...for free T

There sure are are a bunch of 'Heavy Hitters' here. The wealth and breadth of knowledge never ceases to amaze me. What I find crazy is that there can actually be multiple opinions on the most obscure 928 topic, and how much detail the above mentioned folks (and others) know about that obscure topic. Amazing.

I have not yet have had the opportunity to meet Stan, but I have gained mucho knowledge of the 928 from his gratuitous posts.

How is this even a question? And the better question as others have asked - how has Stan not gotten Lifetime already?

Stan's helped me on myriad topics, I've had the good fortune to give back a bit (helped with some computer issues), and we are all fortunate that he supports us & the 928 community like he does.

Thank you, Stan.

I have to be upfront and admit that I am a newb. I am approaching my 3rd year of enjoyment. Without the faithful here, ownership would have been a bit more difficult and a bunch more expensive with outside diagnosis. Unfortunately I missed Frenzy as I had to move my son back from CT. I wanted meet members of this group and especially wanted to introduce myself the Stan. Without knowing it (perusing previous posts), Stan has helped me with my HVAC, sunroof, shifter, and other things that have come up. Many thanks Stan

I'll join the chorus, as one of many who "MrMerlin" has offered sage advice. Probably saved me a few bucks here and there.

+928 to all of the above. No way do I have this hobby without the likes of Stan and the others mentioned (plus Bill Ball, Chris Landseer, Jim D, and so many more). Also, their modesty is directly proportional to their skill and helpfulness
